Buffing can stimulate blood flow to the nail which encourages nail growth. It is also perfect for smoothing the nail surface.
4. Continue to buff your nails with the third side of the nail buffer using the same technique used in the previous steps. Use a vigorous back and forth motion across the width of the nail to create a glossy look.
5. Apply a small dab of beeswax and buff with chamois if you desire even more shine.
