Sunday matinee tickets are sold on Saturdays from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.


4. Use window 6 at the Time Square TKTS booth if you plan to receive tickets for a play, rather than a musical. Ask a member of the TKTS staff to direct you to window 6 when you get near the front of the line to receive in and out more quickly.


5. Bring cash because TKTS does not accept credit cards. The ticket booth is extended from 3 to 8 p.m. To shop for same-day matinee tickets on Wednesdays and Saturdays, get there no later than 9 a.m. and the ticket booth is open between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. On Sundays, the booth sells matinee tickets from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Tickets for evening shows are available from 3pm until closing.
