2. Birr to "Tools," then "Preferences," then "Contemporary," then "Network" and click "Proxy servers" to access settings for proxies.
3. Add your proxy server to Opera Small. Your proxy server should retain been provided to you by your network admin or ISP. If you have your own proxy, you can add it to Opera Mini. Enter your proxy website or IP address for the proxy server and also your port number to the proxy server. Your proxy server should look like this: "HTTP 098.65.22.58 Port 0000" or "HTTP yourproxy.yourproxyserver.com Port 1234."
