Tweak your Opera configuration document to add amassed Opera Rapidity Dial panels.

Instructions
1.Place the line succeeding to the marker named "Opera Directory." This case contains the file path to the directory where Opera stores configuration files.
3. Hold down the left mouse button and highlight the string. Right-click the string to choose it and choose "Copy" from the context menu.
4. Click the Windows "Start" menu and type "run." Then press "Enter." The Windows Run window will open.
5. Right-click text box next to the word "Open" and select "Paste" from the context menu. Windows will paste the Opera file path that you selected into the text box.
6. Click "OK" to close the window. Windows will open the Opera configuration folder.
7. Locate speeddial.ini in the list of files. Right-click the file and select "Open With" from the context menu. You will see a list of applications. Locate Notepad in that list and double-click it. The speeddial.ini file will open in Notepad.
8. Scroll to the bottom of the file and add the following text:

Rows=4
Columns=3
This will create a Speed Dial with four rows and three columns. Change these values to larger numbers if you want to see more panels in Speed Dial.
