Message cards can be created with colour card inventory.
Save the note card layout for future use by selecting "File," then "Save" from the program toolbar. Enter a project name in the "File Name" box, and select a destination to save it in. Click "OK" upon completion.
Instructions
1. Frank a contemporary project in the word-processing programme. Catch "Document," then "Latest" from the toolbar feed at the top of the Shade. Once the au courant case has opened, receive "Tools" from the toolbar food, then "Letters and Mailings" from the document that appears. Click on the "Envelopes and Labels" from the submenu that appears, then select "Labels."
2. Click on the "Brand" or "Label Products" drop-down list in the window that appears, and select "Avery Letter Size" or "Avery Standard." Navigate to the label "Type" or "Product Number" list, and select the "5388 Index Card" or "5315 Note Cards" option. If only the note card inches are listed, then select the 3 x 5 in. or 4 x 6 in. options.
3. Select the "OK" or "New Document" button at the bottom of the window to accept the note card product. A new layout will appear in the word processing with one to three note cards in the work window. Click inside the note card(s) to add text. Use the text tools in the option menu at the top of the word-processing program to change the font, center the text, bold it or underline it.
4. Place card stock into the printer's paper tray. Select a 65 lb. card stock for printing out note cards to prevent paper jams from occurring. Print the note cards by selecting "File," then "Print" from the toolbar menu. Enter the number of copies in the "Copies" box, and select "OK" upon completion.
5. Using scissors cut the note cards out individually.Comment cards are all-purpose for many projects.
