3. Feel what your life would be like if you didn't procrastinate. Do this in combination with your visualization by imagining how you feel when you don't have the added stress of rushing to get things done.4. If it is work assignments, include words your boss may say such as "great work."


5. Believe you can overcome your procrastination. Block any thoughts to the contrary. If one slips in, immediately rephrase it into a positive statement in your head.


6. Express gratitude when things go well. Notice when you do something early or on time, and thank the universe for helping you to get there. All you have to do is think about being grateful, and think about how you got to this point. You'll realize you are successful in meeting the goals you've set for yourself.
