Fireworks Art Projects

Fireworks Painting

You will need two painted filters to make one fireworks flower. Once the filters are dry, cut the edges of the filters into fringy strips. Don't cut into the center of the filter, though.

Coffee Filter Fireworks

Use white basket coffee filters to make cool looking firework flowers. Use craft paints to paint each filter either red or blue, leaving some parts of the filters white. You'll have to flatten the filters on to a work surface covered with paper to paint them easily, and paint both sides of the filters.


Fireworks T-Shirts


Use plain white t-shirts and 3-D fabric paint to make cool fireworks t-shirts. Place a thick piece of cardboard inside the shirt before you paint, so the paint doesn't soak into the other side of the shirt. Squeeze the paint onto the shirt in firework designs, which look like the letter X. Make as many on the shirt as you like, using drops and lines to create interesting firework designs. The shirt will need to dry overnight before wearing.


Glittery Fireworks Art


Use a piece of black construction paper to make your glitter fireworks really pop. Use white glue to create fireworks shapes all over the paper. Sprinkle glitter in all different colors all over the glue, and shake off the extra glitter. Create as many glitter fireworks as you like.
