European Art Projects

State keeping for the arts is belongings of the Lisbon Agreement.


In May of 2007, the European Union's comission on culture established a formal agenda for increasing cross cultural review further as promoting a flourishing of the arts in universal. This adventure is belongings of The Lisbon Agreement, and is articulation of the longstanding European tradition of management funded Craft programs. This agenda resulted in distinct projects and initiatives that retain rewarded artists for their grind and helped advanced forms of artistic and cultural locution to receipts root.


EARN claims membership from Helsinki to Dublin and actively seeks to help artists connect with each other and feed off of one another's creativity.

Mobile Studios

Mobile Studios is a traveling art project that tours primarily in Eastern Europe.



The EU Prize for Architecture


To elevate the creation of ever deeper dynamic and innovative forms of architecture to emerge out of European Union countries, the European Commission for Culture established The European Union Prize for Contemporary Architecture. The traveling exhibition of the winner and runners up showcases what is new in European architecture. The award is granted every two years, and the 2009 exhibition attracted over 75,000 visitors.


European Art Research Network


The European Art Research Network (EARN) is a network of artist researchers, educators and institutions all connected to the promotion and creation of European culture. EARN is funded by the European Commission further as the Culture Programme of the European Union.

Culture in Motion Conference

As chunk of its now efforts to boost collaboration among artists, the European Union has established the Culture in Progress convention. The convention is meant to reconnoitre how artistic pursuits contribute to the promotion of the EU's cultural and linguistic diversity and heritage, boost the circulation of works within Europe and beyond, build up Europeans' access to heritage and European cultural works, and aggrandizement the overall professionalism of the European inventive Employee.



The Mobile Studios are intended to serve as mobile platforms for artists, musicians and performers to ply their crafts. Artists and other creatives are given free reign to create what they please in one of the three mobile studios; these consist of the Editorial studio, Talk studio and Live studio.
